sorry ya’ll, I keep accidentally posting stuff from my regular blog on here.
So I did Workout 35//Arise and Conquer in 23 minutes. It felt very strange because I have no problem powering through and pushing through push ups, but the pull ups were brutal. I had to keep stopping, breathing properly, and took my time just to make sure I was doing proper pull ups.
Following that, I tried doing squats and lo and behold, my left knee is bugging me again. So I did shit tons of lunges, stretches, wall squats, some ab exercises for the fuck of it, before doing 20 bounds up and down my stairs which seemed to help a little, and then I went for 40 squats.
Good news is I havent lost any of my weight. Still sitting at around 120lbs :)
Volunteers across the nation are taking shelter dogs on daily jogs to give them a little exercise and a better chance at adoption.
This is so incredibly lovely. I wish I could do this where I live.
